Nice quality honey but you will get sugary layer at the bottom of the bottle if left in changeable temperatures for any time. It is easy to get rid of the sugary crystals in the bottle, simply stand the bottle in boiling water and they will dissolve back into the honey. Just shake the bottle up and check the clarity. You may have to do this 3 or 4 times to get it clear. This does not impair the flavour of the honey. There is a note about doing this on the label. Very nice taste with porridge and so easy to use from the plastic squirt bottle. I also use it to take my tablets which I find difficult to do with water.

For me, this is an excellent everyday honey. Perfect taste, warmth & thickness. I use it on porridge, on toast, with fruit instead of sugar & three times a day in a drink with apple cider vinegar and warm water to ease my arthritis and flush out the uric acids from my body. I use this to sweeten my porridge as well as on bread, and it's pretty much perfect for both purposes. Not too strongly flavoured as to overwhelm the flavour of the dried fruit I add to my porridge, but strong enough to make for a tasty treat with fresh granary bread. The bottle makes it easy to dispense just the desired amount, and you don't end up wasting the last bit like sometimes is the case with jars. I'll definitely buy this again.
