Is this for seniors to put weight on ? I’m in my 30s and have always struggled to gain weight but lose weight so easy . I’m classed as underweight

It fortifies whatever you put it in ie gives it extra calories.dont think it matters at all how old you are. I was given it at 10 years old and now use it for someone who is 80 but underweight. Think that shows there is no age barrier Good luck with the weight going on..
