HOMCOM Executive Recliner Chair High Back Swivel Armchair Lounge Seat w/Footrest Stool (Cream)

It is difficult choosing a chair but I am so pleased I chose this one! It is comfortable, stylish, practical, and quite frankly everything you need from what will become your favourite chair in the home! Honestly, the only danger now is not wanting to get up and get on with some proper work! So,... a big tick for comfort, especially - if like me - you like vegetating in front of the TV watching the Hundred cricket on BBC iplayer (a must see BTW if you're in to sport).The chair reclines nicely and if you want to adopt a horizontal position you can, the footrest being ideal for whatever angle of recline you desire.I like the fact you can rest your head on the chair and for extra back comfort you can always add a cushion as I have.The chair swivels which is ideal if you want to view your TV in one direction and talk to family members in another.It is easy to assemble with straightforward instructions so anybody who has posted a negative review on this point - shame on you!It so happens I have an expensive armchair also in the lounge and a three seater settee but the armchair is too big, as were others that I looked at for the position I wanted my chair to be in, and the armchair is not as comfortable as this chair. The fact someone's cat favoured this chair in fact was what swung it for me when I ordered it since cats always choose the best place to take a nap.The price is very competitive so should it break or get damaged in the future I won't worry, I'll just buy the same one to replace it.I've had the chair for a few weeks so my review is based on more than first impressions.I should ask the company commission for posting this sales pitch, particularly since I hardly ever review my Amazon purchases, but I'm feeling generous today hence taking the time to post this review if it helps some future buyer make up their mind.

This chair was relatively easy to put together, I was very surprised at the quality as the price was very cheap in my opinion, so I was expecting it to be of poorer quality,i was pleasantly surprised, looks lovely, the faux leather is good quality and looks lovely. The size of this chair is on the smaller side to the usual recliner which was perfect for me as I'm not keen on bulky items, the chair wipes clean and is comfy to spend a few hours on relaxing, my children also love relaxing on it. Over all this chair is an absolute bargain, you get much more than you pay for which is always a bonus and is a great size to put anywhere in the home

Arrived very quickly and although the building instructions weren't super easy, it wasn't hard to put together.Assembly tools came with it, which was very handy.Chair is comfy, but not super comfy. Im using mine more as a gaming chair, and serves this purpose well. It's also light enough to be moved around if needed or wanted in a different room.I find the foot rest to be slightly too high (an inch at most) which takes away a little bit comfort for me.The turn handle that sets the recline position has to be screwed in really tight to hold it in position. If you don't tighten it enough then it can recline/de-recline when you don't wasnt it to and I am a little bit concerned the over tightening may cause damage over time.Otherwise well made and value for money.

it does the job what it is made for

I was meant to receive this chair in tomorrow (Saturday) and Tuesday but it came today.I took me about 20 minutes or so to set up. The longest and most challenging were the armrests as the bolts were a bit fiddly but the instructions were pretty clear and it was relatively simple to do.I am a big guy, 20 stone and 6 ft 1. Both the chair and the footstool (when I sat on it) took my weight extremely well and as a guitarist the bonus was that the stool was a perfect seat. Good height and no arms (I'll leave the jokes to you). Anyway I reclined in the chair and it was okay, but with the footstool OMG! Sooooo comfortable!Great product. Would highly recommend.

Brought this for my son as his old chair had broke . He said it was really easy to put together and more sturdy than his old chair , he said it was pretty comfortable and easy to recline . Nice style and colour (cream) and great value
