Size Name:MC2 1. 0V activation function could wake up over-discharged batteries, even those newly drained to 0V.;2. Safely charging. It could charge a battery precisely up to 4.2V, and automatically stop charging when complete. Thus, you no longer worry about whether the battery is overcharged or under charged, achieving a great insurance to battery's lifespan.;3. Compact and very portable. 42grams very light weight and compact size could charge 26650 battery with no adaptor or spacer, along with USB port, always make your travel easier.;4. TC-CC-CV 3-stages charging method. It slowly ramps up the charge rate, soft charges even nearly empty batteries, then uses great CC/CV charging, which never hits batteries all-at-once.;5. Wouldn’t recommend it
I thought I read in the description that a green light would come on or the red light would switch off once the batteries are fully charged. I have purchased different sized batteries and kept them on the charger for over 24 hours but no lights went off or changed and the battery died much sooner when I charged it with this charger compared to the first use.

Cheap & Cheerful
Not bad for the price, I don't know if it's my batteries or the charger but I don't seem to get as much life as I would expect. For example, after charging all night via USB plug, my battery seems to drop to about 55% by midday, with moderate usage. When I charge my E-Cig via the built-in charger port, my battery seems to only drop to about 80%... Make of that what you will...

Xtar MC2 USB Li-ion Li-Mn battery charger.
I needed a dual battery charger for my IMR 18650 e cigarette batteries. This charger fits the bill exactly. It charges 2 batteries independently and is a fast charger. You can use it via a usb port on a laptop or the mains using the supplied lead and a mobile phone wall plug. It will charge various other types of batteries as in the description and is easy to use.

Seeing red
A significant percentage of the population is red-green colour blind. Being one of them I curse the designers of this charger every time I use it.Otherwise for the money it's a fast charger and the build quality seems OK.

Bargain
Brilliant little charger for my 18650 battery's , won't charge if they are put in the wrong way and when in the correct way the LEDs stay red till fully charged and they will then turn green to indicate a full charge , only comes with a usb lead to charge from a sub socket, but well worth the money

One of the worst products I've bought.
This is made so poorly that one of the terminals was bent and misshaped. It didn't even touch the battery. The light on the one working terminal stays red even when the battery is charged. You would be better off taping a wire to each end of the battery than using this. I sent it back obviously.

Great piece of kit
Great piece of kit. Cheap but good quality. It can give life to over-discharged batteries and stops charging when the batteries are full. I feel safe charging overnight because of the safety features.

Just one minor niggle that somehow escapes some designers. ...
Just one minor niggle that somehow escapes some designers. How about putting a dim LED on so it doesnt blind you while charging? Seriously the LED is very bright and I have to turn it on its side when using it.
