I felt obligated to leave review of this product, to warn people more than anything. Used two boxes on my shoulder length hair and it was barely enough. Please mind that i was not covering the roots, just bleaching after colour removing so i could go for lighter ends. I dont have thick hair, but to be fair there is plenty of it. The end result is patchy even tho hair was covered enough (at least thats what i thought) I do have experience as a hairdresser and i am colouring my own hair for more than a decade now. Hair was in the foil to speed up the process a little. After 45 min the colour was orange/yellow and that was not the most surprising thing, the patches are. The product dries weirdly during process as someone mentioned above. Maybe i should cover the foil in more product and then put hair and more product on the top. Would need 4 boxes then, and the product is expensive. Do not recommend.

Plex is better, but total is still great
I've only ever bleached my hair from home and this bleach has never failed me. If you apply it right and leave enough time in between each application your hair will be fine. I prefer the plex bleach because of it's anti-breakage mask but the reincarnation mask is almost as good! Would definitely recommend. Just always follow the instructions!

I used this twice over 6 months and have spent the last year repairing the damage. It caused so much breakage I basically had to cut my hair off. Please avoid!

Been looking for a good bleaching kit to use at home for ages and came across this one. Best thing Iv ever used I'm naturally dark brown and have been blonde for years with bleaching my hairs in brilliant condition from using this .. hair is soft and easy to manage after using. I follow it up with the bleach London white toner which takes all yellows out. Definitely recommend this but better buying in boots
