I and my cats really love this toy. Unlike a similar product that charges the earth, this is affordable. The wand is one of the better ones, ( and I have loads here) in regards it's lenght and ability to give some flexibility but not too much.The string like wise is a length we find useful. As someone disabled both the length of wand and string give me scope to play with both my cats from my chairThe feather does need some more work on it, the 2 V shape feathers that gives it it's turning ability is the spine of the toy and I understand the finer feathers is something which the cat can play with when caught. But with a young cat I was worried about these feathers and removed them as she was chewing them. However she's not so happy now but action re spinning remains the sameYes they do go through the feather quickly, but to be honest it's the one they prefer and enjoy so yes, they destroy it speedily and I have ordered more alreadyCustomer service is also first class. I ordered this product and it arrived without the removable black clip( I like this as well) and after contacting them, they posted me 2 immediately, can't fault them

Product is very well made and I like the safety clip. My cat loved this toy but she absolutely shredded the spinny thing to bits. Luckily you can just attach other toys to it and works just as good.

There is no other toy better for both cats. They absolutly love it.

We have two lively, sprightly, hunter terriers of the cat world, who have flipped, twisted, jumped, pulled and mangled their way through various similar devices. They are picky too- preferring the as close to the carnivorous real deal as they can get- no bells here, thank you. Well, the apurrSuit Feather toy and rod is brilliant! It makes a quiet spinning bird sound- it has a comfortable handle and long reach, plus no nasty metal sharp bits. Our Bengals are loving it and I can’t wait to try some other attachments.

This is by far the most compelling toy that I've bought for my mixed bengal kitten. Only downside is that he's pretty much destroyed the attachment within 8 playing sessions (one of the feathers has come off - though luckily it holds his attention even in its current state).

We bought this for our new kittens and can safely say, 4 months down the line, that it's still going strong despite being used every single day and having more than a few bite marks in it.We wanted something safe that didn't have a metal clasp, and this definitely delivers. They enjoyed the feather attachment that comes with it so much that it's been licked and nibbled to shreds, but it was easy enough to buy new varying attachments and swap them out whenever it seems like they might be getting bored.Only issue we've seen is that the covering on the rod part has shifted down and split a little where it's crinkled up, but it's really just a pet peeve and is still perfectly covered and holding up well considering how frequently the kittens nibble it.

I've bought several of these and every time the wand snaps within a day or two. My cats love them and you certainly can have a fast game with them but they break. Had to try other designs.

Honestly, all of the other ones I've gotten from amazon are broken by my cat within the first 30 minutes of play. Worst Christmas morning evar!!! This was clearly designed by people who know and love cats.Firstly, the connection is a thin, light rope rather than fishing line—which quickly will get knotted when floating around and then immediately snapped when your cat snatches it. This usually forces me to replace it with string (I don't know how to fish or clamp new fishing line to the wand). This means that you aren't going to be constantly throwing these things in the trash eventually to just buy a new one.The wand itself is long, thin, flexible, and feels ergonomic - so you can get better range and flight out of the toy as well as being able to play with it longer without having it irritate your hand at all.The attachment to the feather bit is a carabiner-like attachment rather than a cheap jewellery-like clasp that eventually always breaks, in my experience.The feather attachments themselves are also aerodynamically designed with long strong feathers like wings with smaller ones to guide and help it spin. Helps the whole toy literally fly around the room, making whooshing noises that my cat follows everywhere.Honestly, if you are going to spend money on one of these, this is the best one I've come across so far—the company clearly put love and experience into what they do, and I think cat-lovers here would do well to support that. Very much a new fan of their products (as it's one of the few things that takes my cat's attention off messing with other things in my life)!
