Hi! What pH does your filter produce??? Does the remineralization filter only contain natural, pure minerals? Do you knox approx mineral composition?

The ph value on my system comes out to just on the acidic side i have spoken to the company and they have sugested I buy another alkaline filter (FA15) .. as this is part of my system i feel this has come up short !! I am thinking of (Inline Alkaline Alkaliser Water Filter Cartridge Increases pH for Reverse Osmosis Water Filter Systems Easy Add On In-Line Cartridge) this is on the Amazom sight and comes from a company called (The Water Filter Men) I will let you know how this goes.

Are there any special adaptors i need for uk, if so how can i order this with the unit or does it come all ready for uk installation?

I bought this system for use in the UK and am having a problem connecting it to the main water feed; the supplied parts will not allow for connection to my incoming water supply. I need your recommendation on how to connect to a 15mm copper pipe for the supply, and push-fit flexible connector from the existing tap (faucet).

Hi, This system is recommended for city water/municipal water sources or well water sources. It is not recommended to be used with rain water as the total dissolved solids for the rain water would exceed the max TDS recommended for the system.
