Seriously, what, the, hell! I bought this cushion from the same seller 18 months ago and it’s amazing, really helped with my back pain and is lovely quality. I wanted to buy another one to have somewhere else and as you can see from the picture, the new one that’s arrived (left) is a different product!! The shape is completely different, the material feels cheap and thin, the stuffing is so flimsy and not plump at all, it feels like it has half the stuffing the original one does. I don’t know what’s happened!! I’ve raved and raved about my old pillow to anyone that has a bad back but now this has happened i just can’t believe it.

I love pillows, but this, this was like angels dropping down from the heavens singing and dancing whilst the light illuminated the way to Morpheus...and he held me in his arms and the heavy pain, the sleepless nights...the agony...it all faded like an old memory. I never want to leave my bed. I never want to sleep in a hotel, a friend's place or anywhere...without my pillow love. However, keep in mind it does take a fair amount of space...I have a superking bed and a hubby...and sometimes I still manage to get in his 'bed territory'. I say, if you don't have the space for this pillow, make it. You about a fourth of your life sleeping, why continue the madness of flat, ugly, unappetising pillows? burn it all and get yourself a slice of heaven! I should also mention that it will take a few days to get used to...afterall, if you've always only known peanut butter, the actual peanut may scare you at first. PEACE AND LOVE <3

Fellow men. Be careful.Yes it’s great for your pregnant missus. Yes it relieves pain. Yes it aids sleep. But BE CAREFUL.It will take up so much space in the bed, and she’ll love it so much, she will come to love it more than you and you will be left sleeping with one arm fully stretched on the floor to support you and one leg hanging off the edge. And, post pregnancy she will say she is used to it and needs it and you’ll be so understanding to let her have it and again, you face spending the remainder of your life hanging off the edge of the bed.Think wisely fellow men. Think wisely.

At 4 months pregnant my hips had started hurting every night for a couple of weeks when lying on my side, stopping me sleeping, and sadly neither normal pillows or a new memory foam mattress topper i bought were helping. I read a lot of reviews of maternity pillows and am glad i went for this one. The U shape is great as you can roll over freely in the night in the middle to lean on the other side of the pillow, with absolutely no rearranging of the pillow, and therefore not disturbing me or my partners sleep. Because of the support from the pillow being both in front and behind i find i can shift my weight whilst lying on my side, gently leaning either slightly forward or back, whilst still being supported, giving me more sleeping positions amd less strain while lying on my side. Like other reviewers after the second night i realised my neck was slightly sore from having the U bend under my neck, so i did what others suggested and just flipped the pillow round so the U bend is at my feet and used my normal pillow at my head. This actually had two more advantages, which is that it gave my bottom arm slightly more room to extend above the pillow and be less squashed, and now gave my ankle something to lean on too, supporting my hip even more. I bought the 140cm pillow and I'm a short 157cm (5ft2) and it is a good fit. The pillow is very maleable to the shape you want, and i can pull the middle of it under my bump or boobs to support it. I think all this support and flexibility of moving inside it while sleeping makes this U shape better than the I, L, or C shape pillows on the market. Although its relatively big, i find it isn't taking too much space from my partner, partly as my body is lying over half of it taking up the space i usually would anyway, and partly because i find he tends to lean back on it from the other side, which is actually a very comfortable way for us both to sleep, rather than bony body parts jamming each other occasionally. I've slept better every night, with less tossing and turning, and no hip pain. When i leave the bed, he's cuddling it instantly.

I purchased this pillow at 24 weeks of pregnancy after suffering terrible pain for weeks due to a car crash at 18 weeks which led to ligament damage and alignment issues in my hips. I was completely miserable and struggling desperately for sleep. My husband found this pillow for me and purchased with the soft jersey case rather than velvety type as I get quite hot at night.Well, the difference this pillow made to the quality of my sleep and life is huge. Don't get me wrong, I'll be real - it doesn't work miracles, I do still suffer some discomfort and some nights absolutely nothing in the world will work for me...but the idea of not having this pillow in my life is an uneasy one. It alleviates the vast majority of pain through my lower back which usually builds throughout the day by offering support in both front and back. The pain that builds in my hips is mostly non existent, the pain i am left with is from the crash and in the part of my hips i have to lie on due to pregnancy - however it is as I say, much better with the pillow than without.This pillow is huge and weighty, taking over most of my superking bed at times but hubby is happy so long as he gets to nestle into it too! When not in use i also find my dogs are partial to curling up into it too and make what looks like a wonderfully comfortable dog bed! (I included pictures of my snuggly doggies in their new fave spot - you're welcome!)I am looking forward to keep using this pillow for feeding when baby arrives and hope my husband wont mind the pillow becoming a permanent fixture in our bed.Oh! Practical note, case is super easy to remove and wash, has kept softness and shape after many tumble drys too.

Bought for my wife to help her sleep with a bump..I've been replaced, cast aside like a once useful appliance that you out grow.. I'm the toasted sandwich maker now... the pillow has replaced me
