Great piece of kit, I had never used a no gas welder before and was concerned about all the horror stories you here with gas vs no gas. The pictures are of a sill repair and a support mount on an old Land Rover using 1.5mm steal , on low power and wire speed at 5. If you’re sat there thinking will this be ok for working on my car, then yes buy it.Only down side is the mask that comes with it is more of a spectator mask, buy one that stays on your head so you have both hands free.

nice and easy to use,i'm a total novice and this welder allows me to practice with relative ease. just follow the instructions on how to load the spool and away you go.

Wouldnt pay a £10 for it

The main item arrived in good condition and I was well happy with it, unfortunately the welding mask that comes with it arrived with a broken glass in it

This thing is great, I’ve never welded before in my life so was very unsure where to start, decided to get this based on the reviews. I used it to weld up a stainless steel down pipe for my car, and actually done a decent job thanks to how straight forward it was to use, there’s definitely some room for improvement on my end, but I think I made the right choice with this product! Would highly recommend to anyone starting out!

Had a small test straight from the box seem fine . I’ll test it some more when it stops raining and can get to work on my classic car

Works well, face shield, very basic but adequate‘Eats’ wire quickly! So need to buy spare reelAt same time! Good little welder
