Went in part way through a stew and worked perfectly!!
I have always enjoyed lentils but have been put off by a boiling and re-boiling method. I had used a housemates organic packet by fluke in a stew and they cooked fine in the boiling juices after being poured in raw, there wasn't really a high volume of water involved.This is the second purchase from Suma and I am very happy with i get...To all who cook lentils properly; Please do not use my cooking technique and hold me responsible if anything goes bad ...
