Bates 11-in-1 Multi-Bit Screwdriver/Nut Driver, All in One Multitool

These crew drivers are great for the price. They work great they're plenty strong, And durable. The only thing I would improve is that sometimes the tips slip out of their holders, Or come apart and fall out inside the screwdriver.

This 11-in-1 tool isn't going to win any craftsmanship awards, but it's compact and it works! It came with all of the pieces described, and with no damage to any of them, but I did have to look back at the listing images to figure out how they came to 11 when I only counted 8 screwdriver bits (hint: it's also a "nut driver" & the remaining 3 components are the shafts that hold the screwdriver bits!)While it won't replace a more substantial set of tools, this is a perfect addition to the "tool drawer" in my kitchen that holds a variety of useful items like scissors, tape, freezer labels, razor blade scraper, rubber bands, matches, electric lighter, birthday candles, etc. ... and now a multi-tool.As an added bonus: I just realized while writing this review that the screwdriver bits are magnetic -- such a handy, underrated feature, which many cheap screwdrivers don't have!Overall, this is definitely worth the < $7 it's currently listed for. wanted to buy another Milwaukee 11 in 1 tool but it had more than doubled in price in 3 years. I got this and it does the same job for a quarter the price. does not feel as solid as my other but once again it works and is much more affordable. I bought 2.

Have only had this multi-head screwdriver for a few months and only used it a few times. The primary shaft constantly spins within the handle, making it impossible to loosen tightly set screws.I was unable to contact the seller via the Amazon link when the defect presented itself (the link did not work).However, the seller responded quickly to my review. TO THEIR SIGNIFICANT CREDIT, they offered a full refund and specifically stated they did not expect a change in my review for doing so. I truly appreciate a company with such proactive customer service standards.

So I had this screwdriver for 8 monthsThe handle came right off during a job. I was scratching my head when not just the assortment compartment came of with the whole handle latch twisted off.My Klein Tools screwdriver lasted 6 yes until someone stole it at a work site.Bates you guys are kind but is there a way you guys can enforce it better and may I get a replacement? Or would I have to purchase a new one hoping it doesn't happen again?
