Love it!
This drum kit is great - having a lot of fun playing along to songs (as a total amateur)! What I like in particular is that you can plug in your device to 'mix' songs with your drumming - I plug my phone in, find a song or tutorial on youtube & off I go. (You need your own (small/regular) jack to jack cable.)I use headphones for sound, but you can also plug into an amp, and with the rubber drum pads and stand alone kick/hi hat pedals there's no noise pollution for family or neighbours as there would be with an acoustic kit.Kit sounds are really good - I just use kit 1 as it sounds fine (playing loud songs and quieter ones). The drum pads are really sensitive to how hard you hit and where you hit, so the ride cymbal, for example, produces an authentic range of sounds. I'm impressed at the sound quality for what is the basic model. The kit was easy to put together. I put the ride on the lower crossbar as i felt it too high on the top - so there's some wiggle room with positioning drums. It feels sturdy & well made, and it fits neatly into a corner without being too small to be playable. The one issue is that mine seems to have come from Italy & has a two-pin plug not a three-pin UK plug - easily solved with a travel adaptor though.I'd thoroughly recommend this kit to any aspiring home drummer (or even for practice rooms/gigs) - it's a good piece of kit, a reasonable price for the Roland name, and brilliant fun!

Really impressive sounds from a simple to use kit
I am really impressed. I am a lapsed drummer and have always played acoustic kits but this was a gift for my young son - and budding drummer - and I was keen to start with an electronic kit for reasons of noise control. The kit comes in a large box and takes 10-15 minutes to put together. The cables are all labelled and easy to follow the instructions, no technical knowledge required. Note: the photo of the kit generally show it without cables...it's not as neat and tidy when everything is plugged in.One fiddly bit is that the crash and ride cymbal need to be pushed surprisingly firmly onto the top of their respective stands until the shaft clicks through the rubber inner membrane in the centre of the cymbal - otherwise they fall off when played. The snare and toms are all the same construction - rubber surface which gives a reasonably fast response. They are not quite the same as real acoustic drums or the (more expensive) mesh head V-drums, however they are nicely responsive and you can get subtle rolls and grace notes easily. There are 15 kits pre-programmed and they sound great - as good as a top-of-the-range V Drum kit as far as I can tell. Enough variety to create different sounds and experimentation for a young/new drummer. Several distinct different kits (electronic, house, various acoustic types in different recording environments) and percussion sounds.Plus some clever tutor and metronome settings that need properly exploring for a full review - the demo songs are great fun to play along with - a great way to learn song structure, middle 8, etc.The cymbal sounds are excellent - giving various velocity and position of stick on H/H, Crash and Ride allowing for a huge variety of subtle sounds. For younger ears I would recommend getting a pair of volume-limiting headphones that control peak volume, the output of the sound module is quite loud.I would recommend this for anyone looking for a very high quality electronic kit that is fun to use and sophisticated enough to get a young drummer learning and loving to play. A later upgrade could then be for a mesh snare for even more snare control.

Peripherals
Good piece of kit when you eventually get it working. but you do need a whole host of extras not included. Ended up spending nearly £200 more on an amplifier (which didn't come with any cables so it took me ages until I bought the right one). All very well trying to entice people to buy a cheaper product but it needs to be fit for purpose. I wish I'd just bought a package with everything in it that a needed. This was a pain to get up and running properly.

Nicely made, good fun!
Birthday present for our kid, who’s mad for drums. It’s easy to assemble - I let two 13 year olds work it out for themselves and they only needed help once. A nice touch is that all the nuts use a standard drum wrench fitting, making it easy to assemble without hunting through various size wrenches. The product works well. He plugs in his headphones and all I can hear from downstairs is the feint thumping of sticks on rubber pads, much more socially acceptable than a proper kit.The kit is good quality. It’s an entry-level kit, but Roland haven’t scrimped on the parts.Good fun, well made, quiet enough for a family household.

Great Basic Kit
The media could not be loaded. Not played drums in 15 years and needed something to get back into it. I would have loved a real kit but simply didn't have the room and didn't want my neighbours complaining!! Ordered this and must say I am so impressed with the kit, quality is great as you'd expect from Rowland. Definitely worth getting Rowland for a little extra money than being disappointed with a cheaper make kit.Great entry level kit, does everything you need and is compact enough that it can be stored easily. The more you spend, the more features the kit will have so if you want a perfect electronic replica then you need to spend more and get a better model. If like me you're getting back into drumming and can't afford the room for a large kit or if you're just beginning then this is a great little kit. I hooked it up to a PA system and large speakers and played along to some tracks at my wedding and it sounded great!Great basic kit for the price, If you want an all singing all dancing version then get your wallet out and spend a bit more!I've added a vid but it doesn't do it justice really! Don't judge me too harshly, like I said, not played in 15 years!!

。。Made in Chinaです。
Made in Chinaの刻印がチラつく!
