Although some may see this subject as “Taboo”, I do not. It is so important to educate people and ourselves on safe cleansing so you do not damage yourself. I read a lot of reviews prior to purchasing this brand. This bundle has everything you could possibly need for a cleansing. It comes with various attachments heads to regulate the pressure in your bowel and the yellow cut off knob allows you to regulate FILTERED water pressure. Once you have connected the flexible bottom attachment and filled the hanging silicone tank/bottle with FILTERED body temperature water you can then insert your flexible plastic tube (small) into your booty about 1 inch, with a small amount of vaseline. The Vaseline will definitely assist in lubricating the area. The pre-filled body temperature water should be ready to be received, therefore, start gently moving the yellow water flow gage to allow water down the tube and into your booty. There should be NO PAIN if you feel pain please watch a YouTube tutorial or speak to your Dr. If you start the process laying down on your left side with legs pulled into your chest the water will steadily increase, once comfortable turn onto your back knees bent, until all the filtered water has been used. (Approximately 15/20 minutes) Gently remove your flexible plastic tube from your booty hole (boil for additional uses) stand up slowly and sit on the toilet with feet raised appropriately 10 inches off the floor. It will take approximately 10/15 minutes to expel the bowel waste, so grab a good book. Please do not forcibly push the water from your bowel, you can cause internal damage this way. I hope this helps with your cleansing journey. I cleanse once/twice a week to help my weak bowel. There is nothing embarrassing about cleansing.

Fist off, if you’ve never had or tried a home Enema kit before, GET ONE! Especially if you have problems with your bowel movements. I lost my old kit during a house move last year (don’t ask how). Anyway, after weeks of constipation, cramps and gas pains taking all the different laxative products available I went on a desperate hunt for my old Enema kit. Trust me, how I ever managed my constant constipation (and bloat, pain, fullness and discomfort) before using my old kit I’ll never know. Alas, I couldn’t find it and so I ordered this as a replacement and it’s even better than my old kit!.... which I was more than happy with. The on off switch is more sophisticated, it comes with a variety of different head shapes for ‘insertion’ (the standard one being much softer and comfortable that the one on my old one). It’s very quick and easy to use. After being constipated for over a week, I used this as soon as it arrived and within 30 minutes I was fully ‘cleaned out’. If I had to split hairs, I’d say the tube could be a bit longer so the on/off switch is easier to reach, but it is hung high when I use mine. But that’s it, and certainly not worth knocking a star off for. Actually pleased I lost my old one, because I wouldn’t have ordered this in it’s place and it’s so much better.

Easy to use. Easy to clean. Does not stain. Great that the S hook is coated in silicone to protect fixtures from damage. Parts are easy to assemble / disassemble for cleaning; however, I would have appreciated better assembly instructions (what goes where). I must also mention my no-return valve has stopped working only a couple of months in which isn’t great. Besides that it’s a great kit; the best of three I’ve had over the years.

This is a quality enema kit with different adapters. The silicone bag is very durable and easily holds one litre coffee preparation. The kit is housed in a convenient bag. The e-instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The seller offers good support. It takes time to prepare the coffee preparation and you need a thermometer to ensure the liquid is at 36-39 oC temperature. It is important to start gently with half volume (0.5litre) /hold time ( ~7mins) before evacuation and use a medium coffee preparation rather than a light one, at first. Chamomile flowers can be added to the coffee preparation before filtration to soothe the colon. I have gut dysbiosis SIBO & SIFO and have to take a lot of medication, so it is good to support my liver with a fortnightly enema. but remember we are bio-individual, so this maybe different for you. N.B Always ensure good advice on the regularity of enemas to avoid potassium depletion and microbiome disruption. I take in various probiotics daily, including water kefir and have Elete electrolytes in my 1.5 litre daily spring water.

I receive no instruction on how to use enema bag, tablets were stuffed inside the enema box, both boxes were crushed, was not impresed.

It contains all the tools you might need, certainly for a beginner. At first I thought that the bag might tear itself off the supporting hook if I added too much water in one go, but the machined hole amply supports the weight of 2 litres of water - the max the bag will hold. There is a good length of pipe between the bag and the nozzle so the enema can easily be taken standing with the bag at head height, or even kneeling without any need to reposition. The valve is easy to operate and regulate the flow, and the non-return valve makes it easy to maintain the cleanliness of the equipment - just remove the nozzle after use for separate cleaning ( I used a glass of hot soapy water and left it to soak), and run a litre or so of warm soapy water through the rest of the equipment before dismantling for storage.

You know it takes so much out of me to stop and write a review and I have bought thousands of items from Amazon, but I had to come back after so long and share this review with anyone and everyone who is looking for this item. This is the most effective reusable enema kit that I have bought and trust me, I have been through quite a bit. It works very effectively and the most amazing thing about it is that the shut off valve really does work. I mean when you shut that off, you are able to stop the flow completely without any drainage or dripping. The attachments works amazingly and it is super simple so anyone that is looking for an enema kit - when I tell you go ahead and grab this one you will not regret it.

Whether you use your electric golf cart for pleasure on the golf course, or as a 'work horse' on farm or ranch property like we do with our two, you KNOW it's vital to keep the water at the right level in those six expensive 6-volt or 8-volt Deep Cell Batteries! I prefer maintaining my own cart, but every month for forty years, I've dreaded the filling of the battery cells... I use distilled water, and no 'Auto Shut-Off Jug' ever made the job less detestable.
