Excellent Kettle – Clean Water and Fast Boil!
I’m really impressed with this kettle. The Brita filter makes a big difference – the water tastes much cleaner. It boils very quickly and the perfect pour spout prevents any spills. Stylish design and easy to use. 5 stars from me!

Nice kettle
Nice kettle and easy to clean. Can be used as a normal kettle if I remove the filter holder. Looks very nice and still working.

Fantastic Kettle That Does Everything It Says It Would... But Running Costs Are Extremely High
Purchased December 31st 2022 for £56It is quite simply the best kettle I have ever bought for the following reasons.Looks really good.Boils water quickly and quietly.Easy to change filter (albeit a little fiddly).Stops limescale build-up superbly well (I live in an area which has very hard water)."Perfect Pour" spout does a great job at eliminating pretty much all splashes, bar an occasional solitary driprunning down the side of the kettle from the spout after pouring. The kettle itself at £56 is exceptionally good value.BUTEach filter costs at least £3.30 each (that's about the cheapest I've found)ANDYou need to change the filter every 4 weeks.Or 39 times if you keep the kettle for 3 years (3 years is the warranty length of registered product). So the running cost for 3 years is 39 x £3.30 = £128.70Add that to £56 of my original purchase, means I'll be paying £184.70 in total over the next 3 years.Still... the kettle is great....So here are my star ratings:Overall = 4 starsEase of cleaning = 5 starsErgonomic Design & Functionality = 4 starsLooks = 5 starsInitial Value = 5 starsRunning costs = 1 starsWould I recommend this kettle?Yes, but only if you think the additional £42.90 for filters each year are compatible with your budget.

Works very well for small quantities
Good kettle. The filters work well after a month or so of use and no limescale or bits in the kettle. The only issue is for max capacity, which is small, it takes two fills of the filter reservoir and you have to wait for it to filter through. Nothing can really be done about that unless they made the kettle massive and unwieldy. So good for one or two cups at a time but a bit impractical if using it for cooking - filling pans, pouring boiling water on veg for example.

Great kettle
Brilliant kettle. Please do make sure you follow the instructions on the brita filter instructions manual as you do need to soak the filter until all the bubbles stop coming out, once bubbles have stopped coming out you’re good to go. Very easy to use, the smell disappears after boiling for the first time so make sure you boil once and then pour the water out, and then fill it up again. Lightweight too so easy on the lifting. Heats up very well. Overall good durability and design.

Great kettle
Bought this for my 92 year old father-in-law. He had a similar one for the last 10 years but it started to leak and he wanted the same again. This is a slightly updated version but is a good weight for him to use, is quick to boil and quiet. The lid opens easily for him and he likes the glass wall with the light to show its on. He is very happy with it.

Removable filter
Good kettle, aesthetically pleasing as lights up blue at the bottom and you can see the water boiling. The filter is a good idea and works well but you need to be patient to wait for it to filter. I took mine out (it's a removable part) as I developed concerns about drinking water that's being boiled with a large plastic material in it
