Is this the same old oilatum soap only new package ?

Sorry but I don’t know if it’s vegan. I use this soap as I work for a Dermatologist who recommends it as it isn’t drying like most other soaps are. I’m sure you can do research on its ingredients.

I always thought that any product for 'sensitive' skin should be fragrance free, isn't fragrance an irritant?

I’m afraid it’s down to individual sensitivity. Added fragrances can be ok for one person with sensitive skin but not another. Some fragrances are very mild or natural. If you have very sensitive skin or don’t want to risk it then best to look for a fragrance free product. However it’s not always a fragrance that acts as an irritant for people it can be a number of possible ingredients. It’s a case of trial and error but I have found this product to be ok for my sensitive skin.
