Excellent value for the ingredients used; biglycinate forms of Zinc and Magnesium rather than oxide. 3 capsules is plenty per night as you still hit 112.5% of your zinc requirement. This really is a good formula they hopefully don't change down the line to reduce costs..

Have used a mixture of maximuscle, bulk and myprotien ZMA for years, switched to this cheaper brand and immediately the standard of sleep has dropped. I've slept straight thru 6 hours ish for years, started using g these tablets and now I wake up 2 or 3 runes in 6 hours. Buy more expensive ones that work
