I used to use these in the past, to supplement my diet for resistance training and I'm back into that so repurchased.I wanted to increase my magnesium intake for rest purposes and the zinc helps maintain or improve testosterone levels, there's a good dosage amount in them of both more than RDA amounts comfortably, so I actually half the dosage and makes the bottle last longer too ( I'm a Yorkshireman) , my sleep has improved and my libido it's fair to say has also,it's a subtle incremental improvement but definitely attributable to this product and the price is good.

So, they don’t really help me fall asleep. However, they help me get in to a deep sleep and I have even more vivid dreams. If it wasn’t for my injury waking me up in the night in pain, I would be even happier, but that’s not the fault of these, it’s my injury.If you are looking for help maintain a deep rested sleep these deffo work for me and hopefully will work for you too

Great product, unfortunately I ordered 3 bottles and they all arrived with opened capsules inside, so each bottle was full of white powder from the open capsules.

Excellent value for the ingredients used; biglycinate forms of Zinc and Magnesium rather than oxide. 3 capsules is plenty per night as you still hit 112.5% of your zinc requirement. This really is a good formula they hopefully don't change down the line to reduce costs..
