My little girl is obsessed with pirates and this is aaaamazing! It arrived a little dusty but I used a dettol wipe and cleaned that all off, the telescope is fantastic, it's heavy, really well made and has a lovely action when you extend/ contract it. It does have a slight magnification so if you're buying this to use as a professional scope it isn't suitable but in terms of a sturdy, beautiful telescope toy for a little person it's incredible value! Would 100% buy again if it ever breaks but I can't see that happening!

Wasn't expecting much for the money, I was mostly looking for something small and cheap as a little finishing touch for a pirate costume, however this is a fantastic little piece.I thought it would be a bit plasticy and poorly made, but it's not. It's solid and well put together, and the box is beautiful, fits together snugly.The telescope itself feels weighty, the slide action is smooth, and overall it looks fantastic.It's not the best telescope, if you want something to actually see into the distance, you'll need something else, but for a little decorative piece with functionality as a secondary matter, this is brilliant value.

Bought this for my pirate mad boyfriend. I wasn’t expecting much for the price but I was actually surprised when it arrived. Comes in a beautiful wooden box (which is worth the price alone), it’s small, gold, and wrapped in leather and magnifies a bit. Doesn’t look cheap at all. Boyfriend loves it. The only thing I will say is that some of the leather (don’t think it’s real leather!) was chipped off in places when it arrived

It's small , as in all photos of products they tend to be a bit missleading . The telescope is small but well made though and solid.One very big criticism was the catch on the box itself , it was basically a brass pointed nail/clip sticking upwards for the lid to stick into. If this is given yTo a toddler or child it's incredibly dangerous . Very poor safety. I immediately pulled this out with pliers . Sort that issue out please before there is an injury.

Surprisingly high quality – very impressed!I was honestly surprised by how well-made this toy binocular is. It’s not made of that flimsy, lightweight plastic you often find in kids’ toys — it actually feels sturdy and solid in hand. Really great quality for the price, and I’m very satisfied with the purchase.

This is a real gem. I got one for each of my grand daughters so that there would be no squabbling. Although it only magnifies slightly, they love them and play at pirates and spying on their cat! The little wooden box it comes in is really well made and makes it extra special.

Very impressed with this item for the price, cute little wooden box and it looks very authentic. Have bought for 5yr old pirate mad nephew and he’s sure to love it. The magnification isn’t massive but it does magnify-obviously it’s not going to be amazing for the price but it’s great for pirate mad kids or an adult fancy dress prop. Very pleased.
