Can this be used with the yellow cream?

Please note, Metanium Nappy Rash Ointment is used to sooth and treat nappy rash, while Metanium Everyday Barrier Ointment is used as nappy rash protection and can be used at every nappy change. Metanium Everyday Barrier Ointment can be applied after nappy rash has been treated. Hence, we would not recommend to use the product while treating nappy rash with Metanium Nappy Rash Ointment. Can adults use metanium

There is no reason why not. We have used it for many years on an adult who is profoundly disabled and doubly incontinent. It does leave a white residue on the skin surface but for us, that is fine as his clothes are protected by a continence pad. The residue washes off the skin easily when the barrier is not needed.
