Not too goodThe weights seem all wrong when combined with the pulley.4.5kg feels like 10kg+18kg feels like 30+kg etcThis makes it very hard to do 1 armed exercises with precision

I had read the previews about the elite so gave it a try i still find it difficult to believe the m/c cost so little but gives out so much.Even after paying for a straight bar and pull down rope it is still a great deal.as one reviewer commented the front cable did tend to wind around itself but i unwound it a couple of times and am now ,no problems..very pleased with my gear..RJD.

Value for money, easy to assemble. No issues so far. Would have liked one or two bars hence 4 rating

One star is to manufacturers themselves. Most of these types of cable machine have a weight to resistance ration of 2:1. Requested confirmation several times from manufacturer but got no answer. I presume this may be because this system also has a similar resistance ration which would mean actual total resistance is approximately 36KG. Suppose this is OK for most exercises but not sufficient for any serious users or for certain exercises such as lat pull downs, cable rows etc...

Hard to put together, instructions not clear.

Decent (if not very)quality for the price, nice and sturdy. Bolts take a size 17 spanner but I recommend using a ratchet and a wrench/vice grips. Assembly took me 3.5 hours on my own at a not so fast pace, chilling out doing it etc.Note: it is a dual head pulley - see pic. Nice bonus. Attachment hooks are on the small side, I bought a few extra bars(lat pull down, triceps straight bar etc) which didn't for the hooks so I went to homebase to buy bigger ones, I was a bit annoyed at this but anyway, all good I guess. Pic shows the smaller hooks. Cheers

Excellent for home gyms as good as the ones I have used in other gyms, had no problems with cables rapping round each other and I can do many different exercises very happy with this pulley machine.
