This is a great airer!! I have been looking for a heated Airer for a while now, now the wetter weather is coming in we have been finding it difficult to dry washing we had an old basic Airer. Still, because our house is always cold and a little damp the washing was taking over a week to dry but this is perfect for our needs. It holds a full load of washing (depending on the size of items and what you're washing), it heats up very quickly so it starts drying instantly. It doesn't get too hot, not hot enough to burn if children touch it and so far it isn't using a lot of energy, I've had it on constantly for a week now and done four loads of washing dried and put away in that time. Worth every penny, this will be a real life saver during the colder winter months!

This is a good heated airer and definately helps dry items quicker but feel the design of this could be better,for a start its too low,when you hang towels on the rails they dangle on the floor and the power chord is way too short,your gonna need an extension lead,apart from these 2 flaws in the design its still ok

Was a bit sceptical about these as wasn’t sure how good they would be but I’ve got to say I’m very impressed with the results. The airer isn’t heavy & is very easy to set up. You have to balance your laundry equally or it won’t dry & May tip up. Unfortunately the cable is really short so unless you stand it next to an accessible electric socket you will need an extension cable. Also the on/off button is in an awkward place so you have to be careful when turning it off not to catch your hand on the hot bar as it’s underneath when open. The bars get hot but not so they can burn. I use this to dry the laundry after giving it a short tumble dry first so they’re damp but not wet. I can’t comment how it dries washing from wet. I have finished drying 3 lots of laundry in a few hours. I didn’t hang the clothes on it but spread them out over the top m, rotating them as they dried. The cost is very reasonable too, approx 4p per hour so that’s a big saving. This is definitely an addition to drying laundry indoors and will pay for itself in no time.

I was skeptic about purchasing this but glad I did. With the British weather being ON OFF, and not wanting to put the heating on to dry my clothing, this is perfect. It doesn’t get as hot as a radiator so it takes longer to dry and you have to turn the laundry few times for it to dry but I do the same when using the radiator. I managed to dry my duvet cover in 2hrs otherwise it would have taken 2 days. It is light weight but a bit flimsy so be gentle with it

Cumbersome, took too long for my clothes to dry, resulting in a mildewy smell!
