Works well for my work pass which I use daily and they last about 6 months before breaking which I think is great considering the price and that you get a few anyway!

Purchased these to hold my ID badge. They arrived very quickly and I have been using the same one for a few months now with no sign of wear or tear on the string. Would highly recommend.

I use these for work, they do eventually stop retracting or break but a pack of these lasts me for approx three years with daily use. At this price it's worth just buying a new pack rather than trying to find something that will last longer and no doubt cost more.

As someone who has to wear an I.D. pass to get through security gates at work, both in getting to the car parks and entering the building and various parts therein, this device is great. Most of the keypads are at a lower level so that wheelchair users can also use them, this means either taking the pass off in order to touch the keypad or bending over while the pass is still around my neck on its lanyard. This retractable pass holder means I can just pull the card to the reader without the need to do either of the above, it's much easier on my back and means I don't risk dropping the pass because of the need to continually take it off. The pack I bought contained 5 but they're pretty sturdy, one would have been sufficient.

I like this product. It does what it says on the tin reletively well and for any other job, it might be very long lasting. But for my job, where I'm constantly using what's attached to the end of this, the string is far too fragile and doesn't last as long as I expect it to. I like that you get multiple, but I still don't like how fragile the string is.

Excellent little device. My wife had one on a Poppy day lanyard but it eventually broke so she needed a replacement. (Why don't Poppy Day organisers still sell these?). I bought this pack for her and so far she has used one and is very pleased with it but as several people at her workplace have asked about them she has given 4 away and I will have to order more to fulfil the interest.

Keep having to buy more as people at work see me with one and want one. They last a good while, however after a few (6-9) months of being used several times every day the cord can snap. however for the price well worth it. They look really good too.

Great price, I have four I.ds and so it sags a little but it's obviously not designed to hold 4, Gave 1 to a colleague who has 2 I.ds and it's spot on and both have held up so far
