Q: Just bought these but don’t know how to adjust th?em, any help appreciated

I don't have this track now but one thing to know is that the adjustment bolt is in 2 pieces. They are not the easiest to adjust being difficult to line up. You need to take the bolt all the way out, lift the arm line up the bolt making sure you both parts of the bolt. Not a lot of help im afraid.
