The box is nice but the remote is rubbish
The box is a nice one it is smooth and I had no problem with it . The lay out of the box is nice with some cool features but the remote is rubbish it must be pointed close and directly at the box and it has a lag in it where you have to click on it twice or more sometimes .The biggest problem I have is the WIFI signal keeps dropping out ,right now the box is useless I can only use it wired . It is a new box and came this way . I will try to wipe it clean back to factory settings and load stuff back on to see if it makes a difference . I will update shortly

The product need a good refactoring in terms of components resistance
Thanks for accepting the product, that the reason for the second start, or it wold be a 1 start.. The product need a good refactoring in terms of components resistance. After just a few days it stops to work, and was never turning off.

Great bit of kit. Order a wireless keyboard at the same time though.
Definitely need to order a wireless keyboard too as the supplied remote is practically useless except for really basics functions.

Highly recommended, the best Android TV Box I have used. Fast, powerful and stable.
This is the third Android TV Box that I have purchased and is outstanding compared to the other two. The first two were earlier generations, slower processors, less RAM and earlier Android versions. They often crashed and the Chrome browser crashed all the time. I bought this TVBox with a wireless keyboard included.Update - I am so impressed that I have installed a second TVBox in another room. They are both used almost every day and are very reliable. These boxes are seriously fast, powerful and with ample storage. On delivery, I plugged them in to my TVs and they both worked right away. You are prompted to do a minor adjustment to the image size to fit the TV screen size - I needed to reduce the image size to 95%. I connected the WiFi - just entered the password - and they were live in a couple of minutes. The boxes take under 30 seconds to boot up - and so far I have failed to make either crash. Chrome works perfectly, I have installed a VPN, Kodi, Showbox, Global Entertainment and several Apps and they work like a dream - reliably and consistently. BBC iPlayer (both Radio and TV works perfectly (Radio even works abroad) plus various other media Apps, including an IPTV Live TV app.I had a problem connecting the box to one of my TVs - a Sony Bravia. There was an HDMI handshaking issue making the screen go pink/green and then back again. The only solution was to insert an HDMI splitter between the two (without actually splitting the feed). This fixed the handshaking problem permanently, and it now works perfectly. BTW, this issue did not show up on any other make of TV, so it looks like my Bravia doesn't like Android. The boxes also have an Ethernet connection. To use this port you must first go into Settings and disable the wireless mode. Back on the home screen you will see the WiFi icon turn off and the Ethernet icon turn on. Connection via WiFi or Ethernet is almost instant. I wanted a static IP address which is available in the Settings/Wireless area. I also logged-in to my LAN router and set a static IP addresses from the LAN setup page to guarantee a static connection.I can access my NAS drives from both boxes via Ethernet at full Gigabit speed and can transfer videos at 40 to 50Mbps.These TVBox are fast and stable, with great features - including 4 USB ports. I have connected a wireless receiver for the keyboard (included with one of the boxes), and since I prefer a separate mouse, I also connected the wireless receiver for that at the same time. They work perfectly together. The remote is simple and basic, but works well. The wireless keyboard takes a little getting used to, being so small - but it is very useful and totally reliable. It goes to sleep when not in use, and also has non/off switch underneath.I am very impressed with these TV boxes. They connected to my Samsung and Sony LED TVs instantly with no problems, and gives absolutely stunning pictures with superb resolution. Genuine 1080p quality. I have also installed VLC player for Android and again they work perfectly. I have only one small complaint - the power lead from the power supply is ridiculously short (less than a metre) making it hard to position the TVBox.However, these TVBoxes are highly recommended and I will certainly buy more for myself and the kids.
