Plastic handle can crack
Quick delivery, but the plastic handle split after only pulling 3 springs out of the 18 I needed to put into place. Replacement sent with no extra charge

Great trampoline! 2+ people to erect easily.
I bought the 10 ft trampoline for my grandchildren. It's sturdy, well-made and spacious. My husband struggled to erect it on his own but with two more helpers it was fine. Instructions fairly clear. Lovely trampoline. Children love it.

Broke first time
Hard to believe reports of sturdiness - stretching the springs requires a lot of force, and the metal only goes c 1cm into the plastic handle. So I can’t imagine how any plastic / metal joint could be strong enough.
