Excellent just like my old aerial fits perfectly

I didn't have particularly high hopes for this product given the price, but I was reluctant to spend more on my old workhorse. Some little scrote had snapped off my electric aerial and main dealer wanted over £140. If (like me) you are replacing an aerial with a motor / one at the rear then you may need to purchase some extra fittings / adaptors. However, when I plugged this new aerial directly into the headunit at the front of the car I was plesantly surprised with the reception - it it probably just about as good as before. I just need to work out how to secure it at the rear now.Also, I didn't realise that a lot of Japanese cars earth the headunit via the aerial so you may need to add an earth / use the old one as this aerial did not come with one. For a long time I was initially scratching my head wondering why the stereo wouldn't power on.If you are on a budget and are prepared to do some minor electrical work or buy some different fittings (although this may not be necessary) then you can't really go wrong with this. Seller was very helpful too!

Ariel is good, you will more than likely need to purchase an extension lead as well as the lead falls short when fitting into a modern car. found this 50cm too short when fitting in to a transit van,

This car aerial is just a great car aerial - you know, as aerials go, this is a fully functional ... aerial. Our old telescopic one snapped off and it was easy to remove the old one, screw in this new one and .. hey presto .. we had a car aerial again. So now we have an aerial and instead of it snapping off, this one simply unscrews from it's base

Far more robust than the old telescopic aerial. Reception good. Unit packaged well and delivered quickly.

I know this item was cheap but would be better to Buy better quality so it actually works.

good product for the price. easy and straightforward to fit. good reception on main channels. neat looking on car. dispatched quickly and well packaged.
