Really nice lamp for the price. Only criticism is where I have mine sat on a shiny surface it's very "slidy" if knocked. I think it would benefit from having some rubber around the base to stop that so I shall buy a cheap rubber mat to put it on but that's a real nitpick otherwise, does exactly what I need it too for a very reasonable price when you compare to what Argos and B&M are selling.

Lovely looking lamp

I bought these to replace to a pair bedside lights as I googled ‘bedside lights’. They are however a broader base, lower base and wider shade than the previous lamps. The shade wobbles on the fitting as it’s not an exact fit. I’ll need to buy something to put between. They don’t give a great reading light as the lighting is more ambient and the height gap between base and shade is narrow. They are lovely lamps but not ideally suited to the bedside for these reasons.I was in a hurry as new guests were arriving and these were delivered quickly via Prime.
