Q: How much weight can this bar support?

Currently deadlifting 180kg with this bar and it's fine very little bend or flex

Q: How many plates can you put on each side and how many standard 10kgs can you put on each side? I may need to buy 15kgs or 25kgs?

You should get 4-5 10kgs plates on each end but you be better getting some 15 , 20 or 25kg plates as you wouldn't need to be loading on so many plates . I think 150-200 kg is the max load but I have never filled the bar

Q: Is the bar whole or does it require assembly(come in parts)?

Hi John. It is just the bar then the two pieces which hold the weights on.
