These actually work
These actually work! Despite Christmas being in the middle of the month that I have been taking them (1 x 3 times daily) I have still managed to lose over a stone completely painlessly. The one major problem I have found is you take one (or 2 if necessary) 30 minutes before a meal, which is fine, but I've found that as I'm no longer hungry I forget to eat! I now set a kitchen timer as a reminder. I admit that I am a classic 'yoyo' dieter and I do have a substantial amount to lose, I am also an 'older lady' who is house bound so have it stacked against me, but these Garcinia capsules have meant that I can eat sensibly with no specialised, expensive diets to follow. I will carry on with these and highly recommend them and that's coming from someone not easily impressed!

Really happy!
I've been taking these for a week now and FINALLY am able to stick to my diet without feeling hungry, so far I've lost 8lb (I'm very over-weight so it may not go that fast for everyone!) and I've just ordered another pack. Really happy!

They might work differently for each person
Went on a strict diet, but didn’t really contribute to my weight loss as l only lost 1/2 a pound each week but l contributed that simply to the low carb diet

Does not work
I took this product as directed for 4 weeks. Didn't change anything else and I actually put on weight. No good, and a waste of money.
