Tyre Sealant 450ml Refill Replacement for Continental Mobility Kit

Really happy with this product. Delivery was prompt and packaging was good. Full kit included with a good spend shelf life on the sealant. Very good value.

Good price for replacement sealant. Note that the kit supplied is actually for the ContiComfort kit. I have the contimobilitykit, and although the sealant cannister is the same the hose and fittings are different. I did manage to clean out the old hose on mine, so no problem. It would be possible to disconnect the new hose supplied from its adaptor and fit it to your old one if needed. I did contact the supplier ( good communication from them) and this is what they suggested.Good value compared with dealer cost

I used this stuff when I had a flat tyre. Took 10mins to use and I could then safely drive to a garage. As a 5ft 4" woman this stuff saved me having to lift 18" wheels! The only downside, it can only be used if the puncture is less than 4mm

This is the same type and brand of sealant which was provided with my Ford Galaxy. The first time I used it and then needed to replace it direct from a main Ford dealer earlier this year, it cost nearly £30! Unfortunately I recently had another tyre puncture and have had to reorder new sealant, but at a reduced cost.It is worth noting that Kwik Fit apparently have a policy of not repairing any tyre which which has already had a sealant used in it. Having a puncture used to be cheaper and more straight forward when there was a spare tyre in a car.

If you had a Continental ContiMobility kit supplied with your car instead of a spare wheel (e.g. Ford S-Max), and you need to replace the sealant, don't buy this kit. The sealant itself is fine, but if you've used the kit, you also need to replace the hose that pumps the sealant into the tyre, because after use it will be full of solidified sealant. You can only buy the correct spares from an official parts centre (at twice the price naturally). The hose supplied with this kit is for the Continental ContiComfort kit, an after market product. Also note that the sealant has a use-by date, so even if you haven't used the kit, you need to replace the sealant after about five years.

I got this to replace my Ford C-max missing tyre repair kit and it looks genuine and it fits the previous bottle place in the kit like a charm. Hope I don't need this but better safe than sorry!

Even though I made sure it was supposed to be the correct kit for my model of car, it wasn't so I am unable to use this kit. A waste of money. It probably fits some models but not mine. As my car was purchased new from a dealership, the original kit would have been the correct for my model car.

This comes with a replacement hose and pump connection. Its difficult to be enthusiastic as after using this the tyre is unrepairable and has to be scrapped. Useful for emergencies but if you are not in a hurry a roadside tyre repair is possibly a better option.
