Does it come with the snacks shown in the picture?

How is it secured in front passenger floor? Does it hang from the shifter?

Mine is secured by the strap around the center console and sits in the center of the backseat floor. I do not see how you could secure it on the front passenger floor in my car.

Where are the side hooks - my bag does not have any . There are 4 snaps inside one in each wall though.

There must be a defect there if I’m understanding correctly because mine has two hooks one on each side to hold the bag. Mine also has no hooks on the inside so that sounds like that may be a defective bag if you contact them I’m sure they will find a way to get you one that was made correctly. I personally purchased 2 one for my car and one for my spouses car one black one gray and they both came exactly the same. I’m sorry to hear that u received a defective bag.
