No lights what so ever with original box... But a great Lego car... My 13 yr old , loved it...

If it's the VW T1 Camper Van model that you have built, then yes -- it is a direct fit. If you created your own lego car or lego truck/van, then possibly this kit will work? The kit replaces the headlights and tail lights on the VW T1 Camper Van model lego set, and the interior lights are generic (2 separate interior lights). Let me know if you have other questions. But if it is the VW van, it comes out great and is super cute! If you get the light kit, be sure to check that all lights work. The first kit I ordered I had to return because one of the bulbs was broken. The second kit was fine and installed easily. Thanks for asking!
