LEGO Creator 10214: Tower Bridge

This is an ideal build to share with someone as there is a lot of duplication. My wife and I built this over a week spending a couple of hours a day. The finished product is eye catching and it makes you appreciate the finer details of the real Tower Bridge. Before purchasing it, I knew that the bags were not numbered so it made the build slightly longer but it just added to the challenge. Beware the finished item is quite large so unless you are going to break it up once completed, you need to think where you are going to display it.

After reading that David Beckam had completed this model my husband was interested until he saw the price !He was admitted to hospital in March for major operation so I decided to buy it for him. At first he was not pleased , because of the cost , but he is now completely occupied with it. This takes his mind off his illness and he has something to look forward to each day. Great success all round. I would definitely recommend this Lego model for anyone with a little bit of skill following instructions and endless patience ! Certainly helps to pass the time. This is a wonderful Lego model I had a great time building it. Everyone who has seen it is amazed with the detail and quality. Buy now you won't be disappointed.

Loved building this. It was a bit of a nuisance having to find the necessary pieces which were in different bags with no apparent reason. Sometimes you needed 4 of a particular brick....3 were in one bag but the 4th in another. It took ages to find some pieces!!! Not sure if Lego can arrange the pieces in a better way within the bags supplied. People with more time would be advised to do a big sorting job at the beginning. It is a super model once built...it will be sad to dismantle it. You will not be disappointed with your end product!

I bought this for my daughter who loves legos and myself and whenever we have got her a lego set in the past is made it on the same day and it doesn't really get played with again however this was purchased just before christmas 2013 and she started in january and it still work in progress €:-) ®

First nothing wrong with the lego its self but as for the packaging I'm disgusted at the lack of any so the delivery stickers were placed directly on to the box which as a collector its a complete NO NO.So thats the only reason it has a 1 star.As for the lego its self not built it yet but i know i will love the building of it and can't wait to get underway.Let me just say this is no way anything to do with lego i have 100 or more models and this is the first i have had this happen.In future i will go back to getting the larger items from Legoshop.com

My son loves this, but the bags were not numbered which has made finding each piece difficult and, at times, a chore rather than a cherished pastime.

This looks super - grandson will receive it at Christmas Time and I am sure that he will be very excited abd desperate to start building !!!This looks like a very complicated build but I am sure that it will be fabulous when it is finished.I would recommend this item and Amazon for the speed and efficient way in which they sent my order.Many thanks again.
