As an older guy in my sixties, I'm increasing my protein intake to avoid muscle loss. This is a good quality product, with a great taste. I only buy vanilla; I tried chocolate but it wasn't great. But the vanilla is good and mixes in well with my breakfast cereal.

Très Bonne protéine d'une marque qui ne trahi pas sa réputation !!! , vraiment plaisante a boire , gout chocolat parfait , et contrairement a certains avis n'est pas trop "SUCRE" si on respecte les dosages préconiser du fabricant sur le produit c'est un vrai( nesquik lool ) , elle se dilue parfaitement bien et est très digeste ...vraiment le top pour la récupération après entrainement et pour combler son taux de protéine... Voila ya toujours moins chers , ou plus chers mais en ce qui me concerne je reste sur cette marque et ce gout qui me vont parfaitement,d'autant plus que vendu ici elle est bien moins cher que dans les salles de musculation .

Ich habe jetzt meine zweite Packung Proteinpulver begonnen und leider hat diese einen etwas "alten" Geruch, jedoch ist der Geschmack nicht betroffen und es sind auch sonst keine negativen Auswirkungen feststellbar. Bei der ersten Packung war alles bestens. Ich habe es bisher sowohl mit normaler Milch als auch mit Sojamilch im Shaker gemischt, wo es sich problemlos auflöst. Der allererste Versuch, das Pulver im Glas mit einem Löffel zu mischen, war nicht besonders erfolgreich - es blieben viele Klumpen übrig. Schokolade ist ein Geschmack, bei dem man nichts falsch machen kann. Leider habe ich keinen direkten Vergleich zu anderen Marken, um den Geschmack zu beurteilen. Ein negativer Punkt ist, dass die meisten Sorten oft nicht verfügbar waren, wenn ich nachgesehen habe. Ich dosiere das Pulver mit einer Waage und einem Esslöffel, füge die angegebenen 30g zusammen mit 3g Creatin hinzu und hatte bisher keine Magenprobleme - es ist also gut verträglich. Preislich gesehen gehört es zu den günstigeren Optionen, was auch einer der Gründe für meinen Kauf war. Wie gesagt, bei der zweiten Packung war ich ein wenig enttäuscht und besorgt wegen des muffigen Geruchs, aber anscheinend ist alles in Ordnung.
