Sadly no the wheel can only rotate 180 degrees

Hi the diameter of the steering wheel is 10 inches (26 cms). My computer is not a gaming type so I use pedals but cannot use buttons on the wheel, the keyboard helps with the Euro/UK Truckers Game including acceleration, braking, cruise control, lights & indication & camera views. hope this helps.
