sorted out my urgent toilet use! much more normal now! will continue to use. I have to take anti biotics and anti virals every day. this helps very much to balance things out.much.

Been usingn it for three days, but just had anti biotic for tooth infection so may take a while to see effect

I used this while in an IBS flare up, after experience with other probiotics I know which strains work for me. It's good and I recommend it, but I think probiotics are a highly individual thing and you need to experiment to find which work for you.

dairy free?
After reviweing the testimonials of people so relevant like Natascha Campbell, her advise in the official web of Garden of life was to eat a dairy free diet and take primal defense which is implicit that the product is dairy free. Well it is not!! When I received the product and was about to take it, there is a statement very controversial...I have got in touch with Garden of life and they don,t answer clearly. they told me it depended on the severity of your dairy allergy and that it was up to me take it or not...!!!!I have ordered the powder and the capsules and I will not be able to use neither of them
