Love these sachets. They are so easy to just pour into a bit of orange juice to disguise the taste (although they don’t taste too bad anyway). I had extremely low iron when pregnant, which resulted in me sleeping around 3 hours a day. I started taking these and noticed a definite improvement within a couple of weeks. I started to feel exhausted again recently & within a week of taking these, I have felt much better and have stopped napping in the day. Definitely recommend.

Not a nice taste but following up with a glass of fresh orange helps the medicine go down. Easy way of taking iron for those that need it.

Gentle on tummy.
I was prescribed iron supplements as my iron levels are low,but because I have IBS,the supplements triggered an IBS flare up!!! These were recommended by a family member, I am so pleased that Spatone,taken every day with orange juice has brought my iron levels up without triggering my IBS. Excellent result!!💪

Good source of iron
These are a great way to keep your iron levels up if you don't/can't eat a lot of iron-rich foodstuffs. This is the third purchase; first way the apple flavour and the other two are the plain ones - all good.

Sachets that work instantly
I have been having this item for years. In my experience, unlike iron tablets prescribed by a Doctor, which can take time to build up in your system, these sachets seem to be absorbed much more quickly.
