HG Grout Cleaner Ready-to-use

I bought the HG Grout Cleaner Ready-to-Use to tackle some tired-looking grout in my bathroom, and I was really impressed with the results. Years of soap residue and everyday dirt had left the grout looking dull, but this product helped bring back a much cleaner appearance.The ready-to-use formula makes it very convenient, as there is no mixing or preparation required. It is easy to apply directly to the grout lines, and after leaving it to work and giving it a scrub, the difference was noticeable. It saved a lot of time compared with trying to clean the grout using regular household cleaners.The 500ml bottle is a good size for smaller cleaning jobs around the home, and the product is effective on both wall and floor tile grout. I like HG stuff, always works well. We have a large tiled area and I found this cleaner didn’t really go very far for the money. Probably about 2m x 5m per bottle. I found Zaflora floor cleaner didn’t just as well and was a lot cheaper.

I used this to clean the grout in my bathroom tiles. It removed a lot of built-up dirt and soap residue and the grout definitely looks cleaner and brighter. It was easy to apply and worked well with a grout brush. Not a miracle product, but it does a good job and is worth trying if your grout looks dull or yellowish.

Sorting out the grout in my shower felt long overdue – the grey had morphed into something resembling a questionable beige. I tried this product after hearing it was capable of tackling stubborn dirt without harming the tiles. The spray was simple to use: apply, leave for a few minutes, then scrub with a brush. It didn’t solve everything instantaneously; the more ingrained grime required a couple of applications and more effort than I had anticipated. That said, with a bit of persistence, the grout appeared much brighter – almost as though the bathroom rediscovered what clean truly meant. My only issue was getting the nozzle to function correctly. Twisting and squeezing it to open seemed unnecessarily fiddly. Packaging challenges aside, it’s a decent option for refreshing the space whilst being gentle on the tiles.

Wow wow wow! When I tell you my tiles were absolutely vile embarrassingly to admit they were black! To the point they looked like black grout. I don’t get a before pic because I will be honest I didn’t think it would be as good as it has come up and once I started I got carried away! But wow! Like new floor! Here is the after.

Great product does what it says

It works better than other cleaners, but it stills requires a lot of scrubbing and does not remove dirt from the grout completely.
