Nightfox - short review
I purchased the Nightfox as an upgrade for my 29 inch unicycle. My first impression was wow the wheel is huge, secondly, that the quality of the Nightfox was far superior to the 29 inch unicycle i had been riding.The Nightfox is one of the best purchases i have made, it is like the rolls royce of unicycles. Owed to the size of the wheel and tyre, the ride is incredibly smooth, and effortless in a straight line, you barely have to stabilise yourself when going over bumps, holes etc. I am relatively new to unicycling with about 10 months experience and it took me no more than 5 minutes to adjust to riding the big wheel and free mounting. I actually find step up free mounting the Nightfox easier than the 29 inch one (possibly due to the extra size and weight).The Gel seat is very comfortable and i am a big fan of the studded pedals (i wish i bought them for my 29 inch uni), they give you enough grip that your feet don't slide but still allow you to re-adjust your foot position if necessary.
