Lethal!!!
Do not go near these people! Don't even with a six foot pole!!! I thought i was having a heart attack with only taking 3 through the day, like the first time i attempted 3 because i felt really strange on 1, but still thought i'd give the a go...just don't please! When i was in the middle of my suspected heart attack i couldn't get to my phone so i let my house to knock on a neighbours door to ask them to call me an ambulance whilst i was soaking wet because of the fear i got thinking i was having a heart attack i jumped into the shower running cold water whilst in my shorts and t-shirt to calm my racing heart down..glad now but not at the time that neighbour wasn't in. I noticed these hideous things don't have a country of origin...really how suspicious is that??? The law should be after these people who sell these things and i'm wondering if i can do something about this via Amazon. This situation happened only yesterday and i thought i was a goner for sure! People please don't go near things like this.

It explodes your stomach, always have a toilet close after taking this.
It hurts. It hurts so much, constant stomach aches. Constantly crapping, 6 to 7 times a day. Not losing weight though! Wtf. This is a grenade it exploded in my stomach and reaked havok. Had to stop after 3 days. Was using the recommended dosage.Great if you want to hurt yourself.

BE AWARE - Possible side effects for some people
Less than a week of starting on this, and it made me ill. Stomach pains, minor nausea, periods of lack of motivation and tiredness...just didn't feel right. Then after a few hours (almost like it had worn off) I started to feel better.... pretty much I felt my best in the evenings and 1st thing (prior to taking my 1st pills of the day) in the morning, that's because I was taking the pills around 7am and midday.You could argue that I did loose some weight, because it upset my stomach so much I was constantly on the loo!!!!After a bit of research i reckon it's either down to excess caffeine, or its the orange extract becuase it contains Synephrine which seems to have side effects on some people. Personally I thinks it's that and not the caffeine...just because I know when i've O.D'd on caffeine before and I don't feel like this.I'm surprised at how many positives this has....BE AWARE.

Avoid!
I have previously taken Grenade pills from Asda. Was fine with them. I took these for 5 days following close instruction and I feel awful.Had constant heart palpitations, vomiting, dizzy when standing and even nose bleeds. I lost 3lbs but purely because I have felt too sick to eat, completely not worth it just eat right and move more!In the gym I felt sick and sluggish, total opposite of how I should’ve felt.Stopped taking them Saturday, now Monday and I’m still not feeling normal.Avoid! I wish I read all reviews apart from 5 star ones which must be fake

Best performance tablets, ever!
These are AMAZING.I wouldn't call these diet pills and I wouldn't recommend anyone take these if they are looking to lose weight but not prepared to exercise.However, if you're looking for something to help you preform better in the gym these are perfect.I do roughly 10 classes in the gym a week, sometimes 3 a night, I also hit the treadmill after some classes. These have helped me so much with endurance and literally explosive high-intensity cardio.I a more alert and full of energy and Ihave enough stamina for 2 and a half hour work outs. After a 6 month weight-loss plateau I have lost well over a stone in less than 2 months but I put that down to the quality my work outs, not just by taking the tablets.

These do work.... BUT you’ve got to combine it with the right NUTRITION and you gotta EXERCISE. When first taking them some people have stomach cramps (I didn’t have any issues myself) so DO read the label with regards to this.

Amazing!
It's really good! I don't feel sick and it helps a lot in my dieting. It is recommended to take one tablet twice a day for first week and then two tablets twice a day but it's a bit too strong for mw to take two tablets together so what I did was taking 4 tablets throughout thw day in a few hours space between. Helps a lot as a pre workout, but I've noticed that best energy lever is reached after around 1.5 - 2h after taking a tablet so keep that in mind if you're using it before training. I felt energised and full of power all day without any peeks or calm downs which is great. It does not give you any sudden kick but a regular energy through the day. Digesting is nice and easy. I could feel my stomach waming up a bit at first and I am more thirsty right after so it keeps me drinking water but that is a good thing. All together - great product and I will buy again and again! 😊
