XTRONS® 2x9 Inch Pair Touch Screen Car Auto Headrest DVD Player Game 1080P Video Built-in HDMI Port Headphones Included (Black)

I purchased these for my VW Passat CC. I used the power cables for the 12 volt socket and routed the cable up inside the seat backs and out of the side of the post holes to plug into the units. I then used an extension lead with a female double socket to take the cables from the back of the seats and routed this into the boot where there is a 12 volt socket and plugged it in for the power. These players are superb and are really easy to use. I like the touch screen operation and also the remote control which works very well. Another feature that is good is that you can tilt the screens up or down for the best viewing angle without having to tilt the headrests. The wireless headphones are also very good and play at a good volume and they are also quite sturdy so the grandchildren will have to "go some" to damage them! Both the headphones and the remote control are compact and they fit well inside the storage area of the rear seat armrest in my car. In addition, the removable leather screen covers, when fitted, make the screens look like they are just an ordinary headrest so security is at it's best. On a recent trip with grandkids I didn't once hear, "Are we there yet" or grandpops "we are bored" as they were glued to the films they were watching. it was Bliss! Seriously though these headrests are brilliant and I would recommend them.

I fitted these the other day and it all went smoothly. They can adjust any way needed and work great. The kids love them. Only very minor downside is that the instruction don't have any info about inhalation. But apart from that I'm very happy with them.

Amazing value for money and they will keep the kids entertained on long car trips!

I bought these a few months ago as well as a pair of HD908B's for my 2016 Ford Explorer. I couldn't be happier. I had them installed by Car Toys and wired into the car power with all wires completely hidden. I even had them wire both of the HD908B's to the front left HD929. They feed video to them perfectly as well as the other HD929. The color and texture are such a close match to my Explorer's that I couldn't be happier. My nieces have put many hours on these and they have been great so far. I have a device plugged into the HDMI and USB ports on my "master" screen so I can feed wireless video from my phone like Netflix and Amazon video that can be watched by just one or all 4 if they choose. The game controller, remote control (which also works on the games) and wireless headphones work very well. All in all, I could not be happier with the price and quality of this product. They look great in my vehicle and the kids are very happy. They are very easy for any adult to use but my 7 year old nieces have trouble figuring some of the functions out sometimes. They usually do before I have a chance to pull over and help them though. After two road trips they've pretty much have everything down. These are nice and worth the money!

I just purchased this headrest monitor and the quality is really good with the exception of the controls and headsets are garbage. my headsets don't work and the controls feel like they were made of cheap plastic. The touch screen makes up for the controls and honestly there is no need for the control unless ur playing the video games. The games take you back into the 1980s. In all honesty this is made for TV and DVD watching and I would recommend this product for that and only that. Also thehooking up the hdmi with ur phone is a big plus. It's definitely worth the money.

Installed on a 2017 Silverado 2500, quick install and they look good. I ordered and installed replacement 14mm posts from Amazon (Autotrain VERSA Car Headrest DVD Metal Posts) instead of using the included plastic inserts which other users reported it causes the headrest to shake a little. With the correct size metal posts installed the headrest is solid and doesn’t shake, it is worth the extra $17.The headrests and firmer than the OEMs and set back further but are still usable.The DVD loadtime and resume is somewhat slow but hasn’t skipped and so far plays all of our DVDs.The headphones are small and initial thoughts are they won’t last, but time will tell.It is nice that you can connect them together so either monitor can play independently or the same source.Sound and video will transfer to either monitor if A/V cords are connected correctly and you select the correct input.Also to have sound out of the built in speakers, the headphones IR are required to be turned off on the monitor. Once turned off the speakers will work.

The headrests look great installed. I installed myself. I chose to use the cigarette lighter installation. I bought a 2 in 1 cigarette lighter adapter to power both headrests. Everything works flawlessly and looks fantastic. The headrests were positioned a little awkward when they were installed, meaning they were not sitting in the proper position for leaning your head back while driving. So I'm using the covers that cover the displays as a front cushion. Now I can lean back in the proper position (bought stick velcro, and added padding in between the cushing cover and display body). The remote control that comes with the units, works for both headrests. Both displays can be tethered together to watch DVDs ONLY on both screens (Using RCA cables that come with the units). All in all, great product and I recommend.
