Sep 2018, one week after receiving and installing it's being returned.1. Customer service is poor AT BEST2. This system is not universal. For instance the teeth that are supposed to keep the headrest functional on this system are on the inside of the poles, whereas on my 2019 Yukon the catch for those teeth is on the outside which rendered the headrests useless for both the front passenger, and the rear passenger needed to use two hands to hold the headrest still to even insert/remove/use the dvd player.3. The headrest itself is narrow/thinner than my original headrest, basically taking away the headrest use/function for the person sitting in front of the system, irregardless of the adjustment/teeth/height issue.4. I tried to communicate multiple times with customer service and without even replying they just sent an RMA, no attempt to solve the issue so that after going through the install it wasn't time wasted.5. Install, it was surprisingly easy for me, but because I NEVER did anything like this it still took a couple hours, although I was pleased at the install (minus the headrest height adjust issue, which I thought could have been resolved after contacting customer service) and how good it looked in the truck. Minus the fact when you looked at the front seats and then saw how the headrest looked too small for the soft/robust seat. The color matched perfectly so only I noticed it, but still....6. Sound/audio, I got the headphones to work easily, yet never got it to come out of the speakers in the headrests itself, however that could have been a wrong cable connection which I never diagnosed due to the other issues that were dealbreakers for me.In short, this system is worth buying/owning (I think) for the right vehicle, however it is NOT universal like they claim. Do not expect any real sort of customer service, only ease in them taking it back (I have not sent it back yet at the time of this review so we will see.)

I put these in my wife's Buick Enclave. I can't fault these for the Enclave's odd seat shape that make universal head rests a bad fit. But everything else.... After only a couple of weeks, one of the DVD players doesn't seem to work so well. It makes it so far through a movie, and then it just hangs on some random part. Even trying to scene-skip past that does not work well.The radio transmission has a bit of static. I hard-wired them up to a newer head unit, and that's a nice solid sound. The frustration is, because the head unit does not have an option to switch from surround sound to stereo, it's not optimal to play the DVD up front and broadcast to the back because the kids' can't hear the voices without cranking the sound way up in the whole car. If the headrests could play without skipping, it wouldn't be a problem, because then it would have been downmixed to stereo - but we're back to that hangup issue.All the DVD playback aside, the "universal fitting" is a bust. They fit in, but they don't lock into place. Because the rods are too skinny, I'm left using the adapter pipes. The adapter pipes lock into place, but the rods in the head rest slide freely - so... yeah.Ultimately, for 2 back-seat screens that you can hook up to a front head unit - pretty cool. But some of the features, such as DVD playback, and placement locking is a bit poor.I tried to call the company to give them a better locking system than their current adapter pieces. But they wouldn't answer their phones after it ringing and then being on auto-hold for 43 minutes. Which is too bad, because they could likely patent this idea and use it in more of their products as well as license it out to the automotive industry for all headrests.

I could not be more satisfied with this product , shipped quickly , came in undamaged due to time quality and protective packing, installed quickly and had them up and running for my 2 boys (5 1/2 & 4) , all of the features are an absolute bonus , installed into a new Ford Explorer , I actually grounded the 2 grounds to a body ground contact point , then wired the voltage wires to an unused spare fuse in the fuse box so that they only get powered with the ignition on to prevent any parastitic draw or battery drainage I added an additional In Line 5amp fuse just for protection , the wireless headphones are comfortable and compact when not in use , the leather quality of the headrest is great , the images are absolutely beautiful regardless of which setting it’s on , the functionality is astounding , absolutely no complaints with this product , I did a lot of research prior to purchasing any headrest dvd packages and for the sale price of $215.99 plus the $18 4 year warranty you can’t beat it , the factory option install through the ford dealer was over $1200 , and if you don’t want to do the wiring you can get the power outlet adapters for $10-15 a piece but I like having the power outlets for other accessories , I would love for a Rockville representative to reach out to me so I can share my positive feedback and experience with their product , hands down the best of the best for an aftermarket headrest dvd package

Very happy with this product. There are a few minor things that we aren't satisfied with but knew going into the purchase we wouldn't be. The TV's are great and have great sound. Installation was very easy and seamless minus a bump or two on my end. My children love these since they are able to watch their own movie.Now the negatives. The post don't allow you to adjust the head rest due to where the latches are on a Dodge caravan. The headrest fit loosely in the seat even with the size adjusting pieces. Minus instructions for installation there are very poor trouble shooting tips for pairing the the two TV's if you want to watch the same movie.
