Smells and Tastes Awful
Nothing to add really; just has an awful clay taste to it, don't know if that is just how casein tastes. If it is, I'm okay without it. The smell of it was really pungent and I became worried that I'd have to throw out my shaker bottle because the smell was relentless (like the one you get from leaving protein powder remnants in the container for too long). And yes, my shaker bottle was already clean to a high standard and had no smell in it before I used it. All in all, stick to whey protein.

Very strange taste, not at all vanilla like
Cannot comment on the nutritional content as I have no way to confirm the protein per serving however, like some others, I found the taste very strange, not like any vanilla I have ever come across. Suffice to say I didn’t buy any again, but am too mean not to have used the packet up. If you can put up with the taste it mixed well and is reasonably priced.

Not the best from this brand
I’m a huge fan of Optimum Nutrition and they live up to the name of ‘Gold Standard’. I’ve had many flavours of their whey protein and would rate five stars every time.This however is not the same. Firstly it doesn’t mix as well as the others, it’s not bad compared to cheaper brands, but there are bots in it no matter how well it’s mixed. Secondly the taste - you can taste the sugar, it’s very sweet.That said it does the job, if you can bear the bitty sugariness!

I tested the product for the first time since 2 weeks the vanilla one it tastes good but I don’t like texture regarding the effects a little disappointed with the packaging because the zip does not close i can't say a lot because I have been using it for a short time

Highly ecommended! (slow digesting protein powder)
Highly recommended!This is a great Protein Powder you take before bed that slowly digests when you're asleep that helps with recovery.The Vanilla flavor tastes very nice and the texture is kind of like a milk shake.I've not tried making ice cream with it yet (one of the features listed) but I will hehe!

Tastes delicious but far too expensive...
Tastes amazing with milk but too expensive for what it is. Probably one for athletes as if you have enough protein in your diet, you don’t really need “slow release” protein throughout the night. Used for a while (before bed) - not sure how effective it was to be honest but enjoyed the taste.

I use it only after intense activities before going to sleep, it keeps hunger at bay and i feel well during night, sleep tight and don't get up wanting to eat
