Had to order another one because I thought I was doing something wrong with the fitting as the latches kept dropping behind the cover plate when you used the handle or lock. Turns out it was broken upon arrival but I'd already thrown the packaging away and damaged the lock and latch further in an attempt to fix it! Will definitely check the next one carefully before doing anything else!Addition!The second lock set arrived and was installed and worked great, for about a week. It started sticking and then it broke. The latch came away from the mounting plate, the same as the first one I ordered. This means every time you use the handle the latch pulls inside, twists and doesn't come back out so you can't shut the door unless you use a small flat object to try to twist the latch enough so it springs back out!!Addition!I contacted the seller and explained the issue. They sent out a replacement free of charge. I must have been unlucky and just got two faulty items. Fingers crossed that's it with the bad luck.

Nice look and the handle feels study. Good price for the quality of the handle.The hinges supplied with this handle are very cheap and the secondary plate on the cheap latch seems lazy. This style of handle does require more effort, so not easy if you have never fitted a handle to a new door before. That said the additional securing bolts are great once fitted.Nice handle but supplied accessories are not as good as other handle king products

I have written a detailed review of the matching basic door handles. As for the locking part here they are spot on. Again I would raise that you need to be fairly handy and have a good range of tools to fit properly. I'm not a professional but did manage to fitted three of these. Tooke longer than I had anticipated though at the drilling and chisel work I needed to do took time.

Relatively easy to install, look really good. A fair price to pay for the bulk pack. Delivery was good. Product is sturdy and finishes off the door. Would buy again. One so far had a dent, and one with a mark but majority are ace.

I wanted this for our cosygite shower-room as guests need to have privacy. But at the back of my mind I was worried "what if someone fell/became ill, how to open the locked door?" This is the perfect solution as it allows privacy whilst being able to access the room in an emergency.The quality of the product cannot be faulted and it's very tactile, I love it. Delivery was speedy.All in all it's an excellent product with excellent delivery. Top notch!

This is my second purchase. I brought the first lot for upstairs as a temporary measure while the rest of the house was being done up and I was that impressed by the quality I brought the same for the whole house. These are better than some of the more expensive ones I've brought in the past.
