Read this if you having problems with it...
Old review: First thing I've done it was firmware update. Instead it with no problem into famicom mini. It was very lagy but this wasn't the biggest problem. The bigest problem was that controller was keep on disconnecting. I used dualshock 4 and wii mote...Same issue. I checked also different power supplies...No luck.Update: decided to give it another chance with different power supply and unplugged everything from that little board and connected it again...... No issues and it works like a dream. No lag. It's perfect.I'd give it a 5 stars but manual is not great and if you go to faq on their site there's not much information on how to deal with problems so 4 stars.Update 2: If you're looking to buy this for Famicom mini...do yourself a favour and buy also 8bitdo Fc30 pro. It looks the business and it works flawlessly.I'm really happy with the product.

UPDATE: 19/10/2017 - Firmware released...
UPDATE:You can now update these to use on SNES Mini, All buttons now work as they should (providing you have most recent firmware installed). finally worth the price. Works great.Original Review:Product easy to install and works well. Tested with DS4 and didn't notice any lag. If its only NES or 8 bit games your using it for (games that only require 2 buttons) I would give it 5 stars. However, Now that you can easily emulate SNES, Megadrive and other consoles you would want this to be able to use all buttons to replicate a SNES controller, and that's where it faulters. The mapping of buttons are for NES only so if you wanted to play Super Mario Kart, for example, you don't have the correct buttons mapped. Even if you go into Retroarch settings you are unable to remap so this product has no use for me. I tried to contact manufactuer via there website and also left a message on one of there tutorial videos on youtube but not received any response. In summary I would recommend if your using just for NES games but avoid if you were looking for a wireless solutions for SNES and other emulated games. A shame.

set up and connected fine, but made my d-pad sticky.
This seemed like a great idea, unfortunately there was a fault that made the down and left buttons sticky, even when playing with the wired controller (when you plug in a wired controller, the signal goes through the nincade). I have sent it back and may order another - hopefully the next one will work. Apart from this fault, it did work fine and was easy to connect to my 8bitdo controller, since I haven't heard any other complaints of the same nature I'm guessing my experience was a one-off.

Pretty expensive when making a 2 controlers version would have ...
Have not tested yet but be aware, it only works for 1 contrôler. If you want to connect 2 wireless controlers you have to buy 2....Pretty expensive when making a 2 controlers version would have probably been marginally more expensive. It is also not really clearly announced on the product description....
