I have had one of these teapots previously for many years with no issues.Unfortunately this one has proved to have major issues .inrespect if the lid being so fiddly to put on and off as you have to position it in a certain way or else it won’t fit which is annoying .The other massive issue is that the pouring aspect is awful it drips every where and the tea spills all over the place ,and very messy which is extremely frustrating .so very disappointed.

As a true Yorkshire lass brought up on tea, a 'cup' of tea was always in the largest mug possible, so I was expecting a 6 Cup Teapot to be as big as my current (broken) one - it isn't. My fault entirely as I should have taken more note of the dimensions. That said, it is a very pretty teapot and you can squeeze 4 reasonable size mugs of tea from it. It also pours well and doesn't cover the worktops in sloshed tea! Good purchase.

I received this teapot yesterday and was broken on arrival.I have ordered a new one but the problem I have is returning the broken one. I do not have a printer so cannot print the label of. is it possible just to write the address on the box. I have arranged for it to be collected but don't know if this is going to be okay,

Difficult to review because although I think the tea set is absolutely brilliant, well-decorated and fully functional, the single elderly person it was bought for thought the cup too heavy to use, (without having even tried it), and wasn't over keen on the decoration. We did agree the set is beautifully made though and I'm sure most tea-loving people would adore it.

Great value, great product

Lovely little jug but as one reviewer states, it holds more in the region of 250ml. rather than the stated 300ml. Still, as I use it as a gravy boat and a milk jug, I don't find it pours too badly at all. Good for the price.

Nicely made and painted. A tad on the small side but it looks lovely and was available for a low price.
