Q: How water resistant is it?

Hello, and thanks for your question! The Polaroid Cube Act II is splash-resistant, which means it can stand up to a small amounts of water. However, it is not recommended to use this product underwater unless you are also using the waterproof case.

Q: when you look back at your videos, will you hear your normal voice talking, or a robotic, not lively voice

I hear a normal voice. I had to download ALC? or maybe ACL to be able to get sound on my computer, but other than that, it sounds normal. I even recorded birds yesterday and was able to hear them just fine.

Q: Can you go snorkeling with this camera? (i.e. have it submerged for an extended period of time)

I would get the waterproof case if you plan on using this for snorkeling. I haven't tried it fully submerged in water...it says "weatherproof" and I've read it's also waterproof but why would it be waterproof when they sell a waterproof case. If you want to test it out, do it at your own risk but I'd rather be safe than sorry :)
