Si scalda ma l'asciugamano neanche si asciuga. L'ho comprato per questo motivo, nelle stagioni in cui non si accendono i termosifoni, ma non serve. È solo una spesa di corrente.

Such a lovely towel rail. Excellent quality, stainless steel, for a very reasonable price. I have had this for several years now and even transferred it to my new bathroom, I loved it so much. I put my wash basin towel on it and in the summer, when the main central heating towel rail isn’t coming on, it is easy to dry out the towel at will by setting the timer for an hour.
