White Knight C44A7B 7kg Freestanding Vented Tumble Dryer - Black

this game on time so very happy, as my old one had stopped working the night before, driver dropped it at front door as had to move a few things about before bringing it in, Big Mistake, I should have looked it over before signing for it, lifted it into my kitchen, yes very light, unpacked it slide it into position turn it on and bam big rumble from the back of it, not good, switched it off and unplugged it, thought the machine was going to blow up, pulled it out and took a look at the back, i have no idea how it happened but who ever checked this over before shipping it missed a BIG dent in the back panel, it was that deep the drum was rubbing against it, which was the cause of the rumple, WAS NOT HAPPY.Cut a long story short, couldn't send it back as needed a tumble dryer, So took the back panel off ( would not advise this if your not used to taking things apart ) many screws to take off, drum will drop if you are not careful lots of wires too, had to heat dent up and tap gently with hammer to get it back into shape, metal is very fine so had to be very careful, anyways fixed the issue rebuilt the tumble and all was fine, turned out the tumble is really quiet when it runs smoothly and no dents in the back of it.who ever sent this out really needs to do a Q & A on any item they send out, it's a done thing when people are buying expensive items from a seller,Don't anything with out checking it first at the front door.

Bought this because:a) I wanted a black one to match my washing machineb) I wanted White Knight because I know they are best value from my days as a buyer of these products and my experience that they last and last.It is a bit more advanced from my last one which I had for 10 years or so ......same basics but more drying options.

Delivery was great. Customer service excellent and the product all round is brilliant. Does everything it says and clothes come out lovely and soft and barely any creases

Had this dryer since March 2016, it works really well, simple to use and was a great price!!

Delivered early looks great brittish made what else can you ask for doing the job great would give more stars was strait from factory not been in a warehouse for ages too

Excellent. .this is my second White Knight dryer and l will only by this brand of dryer. I'm looking into other products of this brand. Looks really cool in black.
