Brilliant. Tastes good. Great Gainer.
The media could not be loaded. In a nutshell:*tastes great with water or milk*mixes perfectly everytime (in my experience)*great value for money*great ingredients*easy to drink*easy on my stomach*NO MaltodextrinThe biggest issue for me was finding a Gainer that didn't contain Maltodextrin. Bulk ticked this box while still providing high amounts of calories and protein. If you don't know about Maltodextrin beware of it;it's not classified as sugar (it's a carb), even though it's glycemic index is 100+ and is higher than table sugar. This can strain the body's insulin response, potentially causing insulin resistance.Low sugar is important, especially if you're taking 2-3 shakes a day. Most gainers I researched listed Maltodextrin as the first ingredient on the list. This means there's A LOT in it. So it can be quite deceptive to see low sugar, and then realise there is 100mg-200mg of Maltodextrin (Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass Gainer).I'll be sticking with Bulk informed mass from now on.

A very fine product with a few (minor) flaws
I have tried many protein products over the years. I tried "Huel", which I found completely unpalatable. Maxinutrition's Progain was causing some strong nausea for the following day as it passed through my system and it was exceedingly sweet to drink - much as I really like Maxinutritions bar offerings. The Informed Mass powder has been a refreshing change. The Double Chocolate is the only one I have used but I've just ordered my third bag.It DOES NOT mix well in a shaker at all, but I only use a shaker and still manage to consume it. I believe there are parts of the product which are not really intended to mix to liquid form (without a blender at least) - you can see them in the product when you open the bag. If you hit on a few scoops with too many of those in it can be a bit hard to swallow - figuratively and literally.A scoop is included in every bag and just requires a little digging around to fish out.I find that the shaker I have doesn't have room for the recommended five level scoops + 500ml water / skimmed milk. There is a 700ml shaker bottle on their site which might be better if you have an 'average' shaker.I can't really say I feel like it's given me good gains, perhaps a consequence of only being able to use four scoops. Also likely other areas of my diet aren't pushing me over my required intake. Yet I'd be concerned about the mix quality when using five scoops too - it might be a bit too chunky at that point.I was attracted to this for its low low sugar content and claim to quality ingredients. I find it delivers on this promise. I don't usually suffer the insulin spike from this product which is a great boon. Also, any wind effects (up or down) that are typically unavoidable with bulking products seem quite minimal. Some should be expected though.

Good with some weird bits inside.
Good product overall. Mixed quite well with water, the white bits that were mentioned in another comment are quite horrid tasting and don't mix well however it's still swallowable. I'd recommend using a blender for sure. Taste overall is alright. The normal protein blends are better.

Too much powder. Doesnt dissolve
Update: changed to 1 star after 4 uses. This powder is terrible. I have to resort to using a blender or a fork to get the chunks out. It just doesnt dissolve. It also requires 5 SCOOPS. 5 OF THEM. This will not fit in 90% of your protein shakers.Original review:Bought for £24, overall good value and flavour is decent. Not as big of fan of chocolate powders as I thought. The one problem for me was the serving size.150g + 500ML of water fills up my La Muscle Shaker. Making it incredibly difficult to drink quickly.Other powders I've had in the past are usually 100g serving size, with 40g+ protein, the extra 50g here seems to come from carbs and fat. Which in my opinion isn't worth the extra "solidity" in the shake.Overall, due to the extra 50 grams serving size - it ends up being quite lumpy, and requires a lot of shaking to dissolve. If you like to down your shake in 20 seconds, this powder is not for you. This ends up feeling like a full meal by the end of the shake

Best mass gainer out there
I finished two packets which mean it’s obvious that i love this. Informed mass is the best protein powder out there for someone who wants clean carbs and less sugar for quick mass growth. It is not like other mass gainer with only too much sugar and nothing else. I have gained and seen results after continuously ingesting everyday after my workout. I bought the chocolate flavoured and i’m only too pleased with the flavour. If you are looking for some clean mass gainer then this is the one guys.

Good product, strawberry flavour not so much!
Really don't like the strawberry flavor has a weird aftertaste, chocolate was out of stock when I tryed to order kinda wish I had waited now. I don't think this would mix well in a shaker but in a blender it comes out fine. Consistency is alittle thicker then some other shakes but probably because it's using oats instead of cheap fillers. Ingredients and price are impressive just disappointed with the taste. Bag also comes with a zip lock on the top which you don't see very often a very nice touch.
